Situated between Lichfield and Tamworth, Elswick House is a small, private nursery school, catering for children from birth to school age. We are OFSTED registered for 28 children and are open between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Established in September 1986, Elswick House Nursery School is part of the 18th century stable block of one of the oldest houses in Whittington. With a large well-equipped garden, it provides a reassuring, homely environment, in which the well being of each individual child is paramount and co-operative play and friendships can flourish.
Every child at Elswick House is given love, respect and attention and with a healthy diet and lots of fresh air and exercise the children’s physical, emotional and educational wellbeing and development are assured.
Parents are always welcome to visit Elswick House - no appointment is needed.
Elswick House is recognised by OFSTED as an 'Outstanding Nursery'.
